COURTROOM EQUIPMENT HIRE SERVICE

Kalagate is now able to provide equipment to facilitate the projection of equipment into courtroom monitors to facilitate the pictorial delivery of imagery-based and other forms of evidence. More and more, evidence presented in Court needs to be given with the aid of some form of visual presentation, whether it is video evidence, PowerPoint® Presentations, examination of Word® documents or some or other form of visual presentation involving the use of video screens and/or computer monitors.

Installation options vary from a single projector and screen, or a multi-monitor installation with integrated video, audio and computer data.

All our technicians are security cleared by the Metropolitan Police Service and our Technical Support Team is available throughout the period of the trial, should the unexpected occur. User training can be supplied to ensure the end-user is completely familiar with the operation of the equipment before commencement of the trial.

More than anyone else, Kalagate personnel understand the importance of having evidence presented as seamlessly as possible. Although failure of equipment is very rare, all equipment supplied is industry standard, and replacement, should it occur, is undertaken as soon as possible.

All hire bookings are open-ended, to facilitate the fact that it is sometimes difficult to know exactly when a trial will conclude. We will always try to liase with you to confirm the best time to remove the equipment once the case has concluded.
